J.A.M. Law Professional Corporation was founded by personal injury lawyer, Jennifer A. Mancuso and specializes in one thing: personal injury law.

Jennifer A. Mancuso received her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, where she majored in Philosophy. While at York University, Jennifer received the Women’s Studies Excellent Academic Achievement award and the Faculty of Arts Sessional Academic Achievement award for both her upper years.

Jennifer subsequently obtained her Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of New Brunswick. While completing her Bachelor of Law degree, Jennifer was awarded first in class in Evidence. Concurrently, Jennifer also completed the Negotiation Course at Harvard Law School.

After being called to the Ontario bar, Jennifer practiced for years in the area of insurance defence, focusing on motor vehicle and personal injury claims. As a former defence lawyer, Jennifer understands the ins and outs of the insurance companies to better deal with your case.

Jennifer has extensive courtroom experience. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice on numerous occasions. She gained trial experience when she appeared as counsel on a successful trial before the Superior Court of Justice.

In addition to being a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Jennifer is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association.
